In the team hub, you will find relevant courses and paths for any groups assigned to you as a Manager. The My Team hub will help you easily visualize what’s important for your team’s readiness. Here, you can dig in to granular insights on the course and user level, such as User Insights, PitchIQ Breakdown, and Test Question Breakdown. The My Team hub is also available to Super Admins and promoted members.
Course and Path Overview
Within the My Team hub, you will notice tabs for Courses and Paths, where you will see an overview of everything assigned to groups that report to you.
In the Courses tab, find the due dates, assigned groups, and the modules of each course assigned to your team. To see how your team is doing in further detail, click into a specific course. You’ll also have the option here to send reminders to cohorts of users based on a variety of factors, such as users who haven’t completed their course, users who are overdue on their courses, etc.
In the Paths tab, click into any specific Path to see a breakdown of the items it’s comprised of. Click on any item in the path to view either the Course details or the Task details. For Tasks, select Task Overview to see the completion status and date for each user assigned to it.
Clicking into a course brings you to the User Insights page, which lets you see very quickly how learners are doing with a specific course, and identify any problem areas for your team. At the top of the User Insights you’ll find tiles where you can filter by users who haven’t completed the course yet, users who failed a test in the course, and users who failed the PitchIQ of a course.
For every user assigned to the course, you will see their course status, test score, PitchIQ score, and a pass or fail score for their tests and pitches. By clicking the three dots icon next to any user, you will have the opportunity to send them a reminder for the course, reset their test, revert a pitch to draft, or issue a certificate.
In the PitchIQ Breakdown you will see the status of your learners PitchIQ submissions, as well as the score they received. If the pitch is still awaiting a review score, you will find the option to submit your review.
In this breakdown, you will also have the option to send reminders to users with overdue pitches, and revert PitchIQs to a draft. This can be beneficial so the user is able to re-record and submit the PitchIQ again if necessary.
Gain more granular details on specific questions on a test allow you as a manager to see the subject areas your learners are struggling specifically.
You will also see in the Question Breakdown any ungraded short answer responses, and you can quickly navigate to submit your grades.
As a manager, you will soon be able to see all your work in one place, instead of switching between admin and learner dashboards. In the My Assignments page of the Coaching Tab, you will see paths and courses assigned to you to complete, as well as PitchIQ’s to Review and Tests to Grade. With this centralized hub, it will be easier for you to stay on top of all the tasks at hand.

Test management will be easier to find and more prominent so it’s always top of mind when you’re in the Coaching tab. As a manager, you will have a tile in your Coaching Tab called Tests to Grade, where you will find all the short answers waiting for your review from tests your users have been assigned to. Provide a score on the numerical sliding scale, as well as optional written feedback.

While the following features were givens for Managers on the previous LearnCore platform, Managers will need extra permissions on the new Coach platform to access them. This helps us weed out any distractions you may not need access to. If you do need access to these features, your admin can grant you permission.
To access reporting on the new platform, you need promoted member permissions for reporting.
To access course creation on the new platform, you need promoted member permissions for content and course creation.
Instead of logging into LearnCore and toggling your profile from Learner to Manager to log into the “Admin” dashboard, you will be brought to your web app home page. All of the work you need to complete as a manager (pitch reviews, test management, etc) will be included in your Coaching hub under My Assignments. This makes it easier to have all your tasks at hand in one spot.
To access the admin dashboard, known as the Online Platform, you need promoted member permissions, granted by your admin.
