Courses make up the most important aspect of training, as they contain all the learning materials for your users. By enrolling users in courses you can assess your sales reps' understanding of the provided information and feel confident knowing they are better equipped with the knowledge to sell effectively. Courses can stand alone, or you can include them in a learning path.
A course can be consist of three types of modules including lessons, a test or survey, and/or a PitchIQ. You can include all three modules in a course, or each can stand on their own. For example, you may want to run a PitchIQ contest where sales reps deliver their elevator pitch for a product they already know well. In this case, it may make sense to only use the PitchIQ module. Or perhaps, maybe your organization is introducing a new product to the market, in which case each module can be used to train your users on the different areas of the new product via lesson content, testing their knowledge, and getting them comfortable pitching with a PitchIQ.
