Edit an existing Experience Updated April 24, 2024 07:46 Experiences allow you to organize your content and distribute it to the relevant users or user groups in Showpad. Making changes after you've created an Experience may be necessary. These edits can include updates to the Experience information displayed when in list view. Enabling or disabling dynamic content filtering or making edits to the smart folders that live within the specific Experience being modified is also an option. You also have the ability to hide an Experience from a user's Experience overview. This can be helpful when your organization's instance may contain a lot of Experiences and the overview page could benefit from some tidying. Furthermore, it makes it easy to link Experience within other Experiences using URL assets. Note: Hiding an Experience does not impact access rights to assigned users so they can still search for and share any content within the hidden Experience.
