Impact on custom Showpad integrations
This update doesn't affect core Showpad components. However, it might affect you when you use Showpad with custom experiences apps. If your app or custom integration loads external websites and relies on cookies for correct functioning, the created app might not work correctly anymore.
To make sure your custom experience apps work after Chrome's version 80 update, update your code to set the correct SameSite attribute on the cookie.
More developer details
The update includes a change to the SameSite cookie attribute. It will default from None to Lax. Versions before Chrome 80, have the SameSite cookie attribute defaulted to None.

Information for Showpad Customers / Users
Google introduced changes to the way cookies are handled, to improve privacy and security. If you use older versions of Google Chrome (51-66), signing in to Showpad won't work because of security reasons. We highly recommend updating Google Chrome to the latest version.
