We know you don't always have time to analyze your analytics page routinely, so you can enjoy these weekly bite-sized email updates, which will help you follow user and content trends. From these snippets, you can easily follow content performance, which may inspire you to optimize your content based on the insights you receive. If you don't want one more email funneling into your inbox, unsubscribe in your account settings. These digests will be delivered to your inbox on Friday mornings. You will be notified that user activity is growing, remaining stable, or slowing down. Most popular assets Gain insight into how content is performing and which assets are most popular. Here, you will see your top five assets with the most views in the last 30 days. You should see a preview of the asset and the number of views a particular asset had in the last 30 days. Click any asset to open the corresponding Content Analytics page in Showpad. Most active users Learn more about your users and find out who the top performers are. In this section learn who the top five most active users are based on their number of sessions in the past 30 days. Here, you'll see the name of the user, their avatar, and the change in the percentage of sessions in the last 30 days compared to the previous 30 days. Click any user to open the corresponding User Analytics page in Showpad. Note: The link to User Analytics opens the Online Platform. Popular search terms Discover what your users are searching for most. This will help you understand what kind of content your sellers seek. Assets that are trending upwards View content trends with a quick glance. Here, you will see which assets are trending upwards, with the fastest growth in usage over the past 30 days. Click any asset to open the corresponding Content Analytics page in Showpad. Note: The link to Content Analytics will open the platform you’re using Expiring assets This will help you keep track of assets that are expiring in the near future. Any assets expiring within the next two months are shown here. Click any asset to open the corresponding Content Analytics page in Showpad. Unused assets If you don't have any expiring assets, you will see a list of your assets with zero views in the last 30 days. Click any asset to open the corresponding Content Analytics page in Showpad. Search terms with limited results Learn which searches aren’t returning any results. We'll show you search terms that returned less than three results in the last week. This is beneficial to see if your users search for something that doesn't yet exist. This will help generate ideas for potential content. Follow the Go to Showpad link at the bottom of your email digest to explore your Dashboard within the Online Platform. Note: The link to the Dashboard opens the Online Platform. Opt-in/out of your Admin Email Digest Note: You cannot change the frequency of the Admin Email Digest. To stop receiving the email digest, click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the digest email. Account Settings on the Online Platform will open in a new browser window. Click My User Profile in the Personal Settings section, then uncheck Send Me Email Digest and click Save. Note: The link to unsubscribe opens the platform you’re using. You can also opt out while on the Online Platform. Click the gear icon to open Settings. In the Personal Settings section, click My User Profile, uncheck Send Me Email Digest, and click Save. You can recheck the subscription box at any time to enable emails in the future.
