Reading this chapter will take about 4 minutes.
In the final chapter of this admin self-onboarding guide, we’ll cover the information you gather once learners begin reviewing their courses, taking tests, and submitting pitches to their managers and peers. Understanding the effectiveness of your coaching and training strategies is essential for improving your approach and gaining the most value for your sales teams. The way in which you decide to pull statistics on training and coaching is flexible so you can determine which information is most useful for your purposes.
Structuring reports so they work for you
Pulling large sets of data without refining the parameters can often end up being overwhelming and doesn’t easily let you see the specific pieces of information you need to evaluate your strategy. LearnCore provides a diverse range of configurations so you can consistently access the right details quickly. You begin by selecting a report type out of the available options. The possible data columns are dependent on the report type you choose.
You can also preview what information can be pulled from a report type prior to building out the report structure. In addition, add filters to narrow down the information even further. Save your report formats to be run at a later time. This can be helpful by allowing you to compare datasets over time, perhaps to gauge whether certain changes that were implemented have had an effect on the results.

Share, save, or export learner stats
Data can be more valuable when distributed to others who would also benefit from insight on learning initiatives. Exporting reports is a quick process in the reporting section of LearnCore so you can share data when needed. There is even a share function within LearnCore as another option for socializing a learner’s progress and completion. You have the option to export all the data in one report or select only certain data columns to include. With this flexibility, you can tailor the reports to your audience without overloading them with information they don’t need. To get a sense of any changes over time, store your report structure in the saved reports tab. You can retain a static report while also being able to run that report at a later time to see what has developed during the interim.
