LearnCore's account management tab
In chapter two we will illustrate the various functions that reside in the LearnCore Account Management tab. With easy access to your account details, you can quickly get a snapshot of your total amount of active users and see which modules you have enabled on your organization’s account. Here you will also determine communication details and customize the look and feel of your company’s LearnCore environment. Take a look at the available integrations enabled on your account as well as configure a new connection or modify an existing one.
Setting up email communication
For learners, you can set a rule dictating whether they will receive weekly emails simply by sliding the toggle to Yes. For other admins and Pitch IQ panelists in your organization, you can determine how frequently they will receive an email reminder when a pitch is awaiting their review.
One important part of utilizing your organization’s LearnCore account is incorporating your company branding into the platform. This will personalize the learning environment for users and retain some familiarity as they move through their courses. Custom branding doesn’t only include the aesthetics of your LearnCore environment -- this is where you will also customize the assessment criteria for Pitch IQ submissions and upload credential badges for a learner’s job well done!

In chapter three, we will delve into the area of user management. First, you will be given an overview of permission levels depending on a user’s role. In addition, you will learn how to add new learners to your LearnCore account as well as how to manage those already in the system. This includes adding them to groups and categories.
