A new way to learn from real life and relevant sales scenarios
Intense sales meetings require you to think on your toes and can feel like a flurry - you know you did well, but you can’t remember exactly what that prospect asked, or what you told them you’d follow up on. With MeetingIQ, you can focus on selling and stay present in your conversation while the Showpad bot records the conversation, including a breakdown of who said what. This allows you, as a sales rep, to read through a transcript of your conversations while you watch it playback, not only for your own meetings but your team’s as well.
Using MeetingIQ is as easy as inviting the bot as an attendee when setting up calendar invites. The bot will show up to your sales meeting to record and transcribe the conversation. Each attendee will have their own speaker notes for the meeting so you’ll even know who’s saying what. Meetings can be downloaded as MP4’s or shared within Showpad.
Alternatively, the bot can be set up to automatically invite itself to every external meeting with a valid meeting link and an external invitee if you choose to connect Showpad to your Google Calendar. MeetingIQ will initially be compatible with Zoom, GoToMeeting, and Webex.
Note: This feature will be available in English only.
Once you have access to MeetingIQ and your admin has set it up for your organization, you will see a new Meetings tab in the Web app. This is where you will view your past meeting recordings, and a list of anything upcoming.
By clicking Set up Smart Meetings, you will have the option to connect Showpad with your Google Calendar. This is where Showpad will pull your upcoming meetings from.
On the left side menu, select Past Meetings to view recordings of previous meetings. Choose to view meetings you own, meetings which you were an attendee, or your team’s meetings. Select Upcoming Meetings to see anything that hasn’t yet occurred.
Select any of your available meetings to watch the recording. If you’re looking for something specific, use the search functionality to find certain keywords, topics, or speakers. You can also click the play icon within the transcription to jump to that point of the recording. In the top menu, you will find the option to download or share the meeting.
Keep in mind that if a user joins the meeting on their personal device, their name will be captured, however if multiple attendees join from a conference room, their individual names will not be reflected.
MeetingIQ is coming soon to help you to make your organization’s sales conversations smarter and more engaging, so you can provide an even more stellar buyer experience.
