Customize the thumbnail for your content Updated June 09, 2025 19:21 When you upload an asset to your library, Showpad automatically creates a default thumbnail. This thumbnail is what users see first when browsing for content, for example, in an Experience, in search results, or in a folder. The thumbnail is one of the most important factors for sellers when deciding whether to open a file. Improving your thumbnails will make sellers find the right content faster. To ensure clarity and visual consistency, consider uploading a custom thumbnail that accurately represents your content. Note: Custom thumbnails are currently supported on Showpad's Android app and Web App. See how it looks Key features Use an auto-generated option or upload a custom thumbnail Ensure your content is well-represented by the thumbnail You need this to succeed Prerequisites: Assets in your Files library Do this step by step Navigate to Libraries.
