See how it looks Key features View Showpad insights within the Copilot for Sales side panel You need this to succeed Showpad's Microsoft Copilot for Sales integration Copilot for Sales add-on Microsoft users with a Standard Copilot for Sales license will only have info available in the Copilot for Sales side pane of an opened email) Microsoft users with the Premium Copilot for Sales license will have info available in the Summary by Copilot action card above the email thread with data provided by Showpad included Microsoft Copilot Administrator and one of the following: Environment Maker or System Administrator or System Customizer (copilot admin) Microsoft Environment needs Dataverse access Do this step by step Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. In the menu, go to Settings and select Integrated Apps. Click the Available Apps tab. Search for Copilot for Sales and click to open the app info. Click Deploy app. The app can be deployed to just you, the entire organization, or specific groups. Make a selection, then click Next. Follow the prompts to Finish Deployment. Log into your CRM in the Copilot for Sales side panel In Outlook, open a received email. Click Apps and select Copilot for Sales. Click the Sign In button to log in to your CRM. Choose your provider and follow the prompts to log in. Confirm the Copilot for Sales settings in Outlook Navigate to the Copilot for Sales Settings tab. Under the Environment section, click Copilot AI. Ensure Copilot AI is toggled on, and the checkboxes are all enabled. Copilot Studio Configuration Open Copilot Studio and select the correct environment using the Environment button at the top right.The listed environments are the same from the PowerPlatform. The default environments do not have the Dataverse enabled. Copilot for Sales does not support these environments, as Dataverse is required. Click Agents from the side menu and open the Copilot for Sales agent. Open the Manage tab and click the Enable Plugins button. Select Showpad eOS - Power Platform Connector from the list. Toggle the Enable Plugin option to Yes. Select the relevant Assigned users option, then click Save. Users will now see a card in the Copilot for Sales modal promoting them to sign in to get more insights from the Showpad Plugin. They will click the Sign in button and complete the authentication flow.
