Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. As an admin, you can configure password settings and requirements to enhance user security. For example, when users create a new password, you can specify the criteria it must meet. Additionally, you can control how long users stay logged in to Showpad after a period of inactivity. Select Security from the left side menu. In the Password Requirements section, select all relevant checkboxes. If you configure the password to expire after 90 days, users must reset their password every 90 days by entering the old password and a new one, which must differ from the previous one. In the Session Duration section, you can control how long your users remain signed in to Showpad. Select either Default or Custom. Default: Users will remain logged in on the Web App for 24 hours, the Showpad plugins for two weeks, the Windows Desktop App for two weeks, and the Showpad mobile apps indefinitely.On the Web App, users are automatically logged out after 24 hours of inactivity. However, if they select the Remember Me option on the login screen of the Web App, they will stay logged in for two weeks of no activity. Custom: Set the number of hours a user can remain inactive on the Web App and mobile apps before they are automatically logged out. The Windows Desktop App and Showpad plugins retain the default two-week session duration.Be aware that if users select the Remember Me option on the login screen of the Web App, they will stay logged in for two weeks of no activity. Click Save. Note: These settings also apply when using Single Sign-On (SSO) with Showpad. However, the Remember Me option is unavailable for users when using SSO.
