Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. The one consistency in growing organizations is how much they change. Utilize two different types of managers in Showpad to best suit your needs as an administrator. A manager (or group manager) oversees one or more user groups and can access the progress and data of all users in the group(s). Managers can only be assigned in organizations using Coach. Regarding PitchIQ or test reviews, managers will be assigned, not direct managers. A direct manager can be assigned to one or more users at once. This comes in handy when a specific person wants to see and compare data with folks who may not be in the same user group. Each person can have one direct manager assigned at a time, which can be changed as needed. Select the user you want to make a group manager. Then, click the pencil icon in the user details pane. From the Role dropdown menu, select Manager and then choose groups to assign to them. You can assign as many groups to a manager as you want, and they will be able to see data related to all of them. Click Save. You can edit these settings anytime by returning to the User library. Assign a direct manager to a user From the User library select the user you want to assign a direct manager. Scroll down to the Direct manager section, search for and select the user’s direct manager. Click Save to update your user and return to the User library.
