Modify a video thumbnail Updated February 05, 2025 19:54 When you upload a video to your library, Showpad automatically generates a default thumbnail. The thumbnail is what the user sees when accessing an Experience or a folder the video is in. It’s important that the thumbnail accurately reflects what the video is about. If the thumbnail generated by Showpad doesn’t capture the video’s essence, you can change it based on your preference.
