Configure AI-powered Message Composer beta settings

Empower users to put their best foot forward with every message correspondence using AI-powered Message Composer. This tool is designed to assist revenue teams in enhancing their messaging and email communications.

There are several standard options to help users improve their text, in addition to an admin-configured guidelines option, customized to your brand. As an admin, you can configure the writing guidelines to set the brand's tone of voice. Users will be able to select the Refine with guidelines option to apply those rules and ensure their text is aligned with your organization's marketing guidelines.

• Users can improve their text by using one of the following AI-powered Message Composer options:
  • Refine with the admin-configured guidelines
  • Fix grammar and spelling issues
  • Change the text length
  • Adjust the message tone (formal, persuasive, urgent, friendly)
• Users can utilize the AI-powered Message Composer to improve their text in the following contexts:
  
  • Email Shares
  • Shared Space invitations

Note: The AI-powered Message Composer supports text in English only. 

You need this to succeed

1. Click the gear icon to open Settings
2. Click AI Features from the left side menu
3. Configure the AI-powered Message Composer settings 

Do this step by step

1. In the Admin App, click the gear icon to open Settings. 
2. From the left side menu, click AI Features.
3. In the AI-powered Message Composer section, move the toggle to enable the feature.
4. In the User access tab, choose if you want All or Selected users to have access to the feature.
5. If you choose selected users, select the applicable groups from the dropdown menu.
6. Click Save.
7. To configure the guidelines AI-powered Message Composer will use to help rewrite user content, click the Brand guidelines tab. 
8. Select or unselect the guidelines relevant to your organization. Click Save.
