When you’ve shared a file or a Collection with a customer or prospect via Showpad, you can track how the buyer engages with it using the Share feature. You can manage shared files and your collections in a very flexible way.

Sharing a file or Collection with additional recipients
- Tap the Shares tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap the file or Collection you want to share with an additional recipient.
- Tap the three dots on the top-right.
- Tap Forward.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Tap Send.
Disabling push notifications
- Tap the Share button in the bottom menu.
- Tap the file or Collection for which you want to disable push notifications.
- Open the file or Collection you previously shared and tap the icon on top-right.
- Tap Stop Notifications. If at a later point you want to undo this action, simply tap Receive Notifications.
Revoking access to your file or Collection for all recipients
- Tap the Share button in the bottom menu and tap the file or Collection you want to revoke access to for all recipients.
- Open the file or Collection you previously shared and tap the icon on top-right.
- Tap Revoke access for all recipients. If at a later point you want to undo this action, simply tap Re-enable access for all recipients.

- Tap the button in the shape of 3 dots. Tap Add a Recipient.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Tap Send.

- Tap the Share tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap the file or Collection for which you want to disable push notifications.
- Tap the button in the shape of 3 dots. Tap Push Notifications. If at a later point you want to undo this action, simply tap Push Notifications again.
Revoking access to your file or Collection for all recipients
- Tap the Share button in the bottom menu.
- Tap the file or Collection you want to revoke access to for all recipients.
- Tap the button in the shape of 3 dots. Tap Revoke access for all recipients and confirm when prompted. If at a later point you want to undo this action, simply tap Re-enable access for all recipients and confirm when prompted.

- Navigate to the Shares tab in the menu.
- Click to open the share you want to forward to an additional recipient.
- Click the settings icon on the top-right.
- Select Forward Copy.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Click Send.
Disabling push notifications
- Click the Shares tab in the top menu.
- Click the Share for which you want to disable push notifications.
- Click the Settings icon and Stop all notifications.
Revoking access to your file or Collection for all recipients
- Click the Shares tab in the top menu.
- Select the Share you want to revoke access to for all recipients.
- Click the Settings button.
- Click Revoke access (for all recipients). If at a later point you want to undo this action, tap Enable access (for all recipients).
