One of the foundations of Showpad is the ability to share content with customers and prospects and track how they engage with it via the Insights feature. Users can share content in different ways:
- Share a single asset
- Share multiple assets at once
- Share a Collection: a custom presentation containing any number of assets and pages users have selected from the content they have access to
As an admin, you can determine which content users can share by editing an asset’s properties in the asset library.
When users share content, they can select a Sharing Theme. These are customized designs that are used to present the shared content to customers and prospects.
Users can also install the Showpad for Gmail browser extension to share content using their Gmail address. Refer to the “Related Articles” section to find out more about sharing, Collections, Sharing Themes and Showpad for Gmail.
