Verifying a user's push notifications settings Updated January 09, 2025 09:31 With the Announcements feature, you can send custom messages to users and users groups informing them of important changes to their content. Push notifications can significantly increase the efficiency of any announcement you send to your users. If a user has push notifications enabled on his device, every announcement you send out will be displayed directly on his device, even if he is not using Showpad. Since push notifications settings are device-specific, users can configure these themselves. In Showpad you can verify if a user has allowed push notifications or not. Do this step by step Click Users in the top menu. Select the Users tab. Click the user you want more information on. In the user information panel on the right scroll down to the Device section and verify the Able to receive Notifications information.
