Using the awesome Showpad apps can help you win as an organization. It's possible your company expands and you need more licenses to provide Showpad for more sales reps.
You need this to succeed
- You need to sign in as an owner on Showpad's Online Platform
Do this step by step
- Log in with the Owner account. A regular Administrator account doesn't see this option. You can order more licenses by clicking 'Settings' in the top right corner of the Online Platform.
- Select Subscription in the drop down menu.
- Click Purchase more and you'll be able to buy more licenses. Fill in your details and you will receive an invoice to pay for the acquired licenses. Once the order is confirmed, you, as an administrator, will receive the invoice by e-mail and the licenses will be added automatically.
- It is also possible to upgrade your account from Essential to Plus and Ultimate, for example, to get access to other features like Single Sign-On and using Showpad's API. To upgrade your account, please contact the Customer Success team.
