Resending a user invitation email Updated July 03, 2024 15:44 Every new user you create in Showpad receives an automated invitation email with the information they need to set up and start using Showpad. As an administrator, you can see whether the user has accepted the invitation. If the user hasn’t accepted the invitation yet or the email didn’t arrive at its intended destination, you can resend it. Note: If users say they didn't receive the invitation email, it also might have been incorrectly categorized as spam. Ask them to check the spam folder. You can also add the showpad.com domain to your safelist to prevent this from happening.
