The last tab on the Online Platform is where you can check what your users have been doing with the Showpad app. Click here to view definitions for specific filters.
First off you can choose an interval. This means you can choose a start and end date of the reporting. E.g. if there was a tradeshow some users went to and you would like to know what happened there, you can select those exact dates.
If you have Divisions enabled (see next chapter Divisions for more information), you can choose to get the reporting of all users across Divisions or just of (a) particular Division(s).
Click ‘Apply’ and you will get the following results. Note that these can all be exported to a .csv file.
2 User Stats
This shows how many Users or Unique Users have used the app. You can view result per hour, day or month.
The difference between Users and Unique users is explained in this article.
3 Most Active Users
This is a list of the users that have been using the app the most in the interval you set. You can see their usage (how many times they opened the app), their viewing (how many times they viewed a file) and their sharing (how many times they shared a file).
You can sort these results by usage, viewing and sharing. If you click the icon on the right of the user’s name, you will get a detailed overview of date, time and specifics of the activity.
4 Most Used Channels
Here you can see the Channels that have been used the most. You can see how many times it was used and how many unique users used it.
5 Most Popular Assets
This is great from a marketing point of view. This grid gives you an instant look on which files are used the most by your sales reps. Now you know which documents they like to work with and which ones to give more attention or to improve or to put in the spotlights.
You can see (and sort them on) the views, ratings, times rated and shared and get a detailed overview of each of the documents when clicking the icon on the right.
