Exporting a list of assets Updated August 30, 2024 18:40 On Showpad's Online Platform, you can export a list of the assets in your library and their properties, such as the ID, asset name, size, expiry date, tags, in what Experience it's used, the security permissions, likes, and the slug you can use for asset linking. You can export all assets or only the results from a filtered search to a CSV or XLSX file to review the content, create a visual overview, and import it into other tools. If your organization uses Divisions, click the relevant Division. Select the content to export: Filtered Search - Be sure to apply the filter (basic or advanced) before exporting. All assets - Ensure that no filters are applied before exporting. Click Export to .csv or Export to .xlsx. Note that the list will always contain all of your selected assets, regardless of how many are displayed on the screen. When you initiate an export of your Library assets, you will see a dialog displaying the number of assets you are exporting. Click the Export button to continue. A dialog with a process indicator is displayed to let you know the export is being processed. Once processing is done, click Download. Field information The column names show you what the exported data is all about. Note: Dates are in ISO8601 format, for example, 2021-09-16T07:50:17Z. id id of the asset asset name name of the asset checksum displays the checksum of the asset binary file origin type provide information on where the asset was added from (ie.
