Replace tags instantly as an admin Organizations maximizing their use of Showpad will find it helpful to instantly replace tags with existing ones across divisions and organizations. Similar tags can instantly be replaced with the better option without interrupting User workflows. This applies to local tags and tags across your Showpad instance. It's one more way to make life easier when it comes to categorizing your sales materials. |

CRM UI updates and support for multiple instances A new, smoother interface now makes it easier for you to manage all your CRM connections. As an admin you can now connect multiple instances across different CRM types (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and SAP C4C) seamlessly. An updated compact list view will allow you to see all your connected CRMs easily at a glance. New aliases will help you keep all your connections straight. No further action is required if you have already configured your CRM instances. However, you can find helpful information below should you want to edit any aspect of your existing instance, or add another one. |

Pop-out camera, streamlined functionality, and more shortcuts for Showpad Video Showpad Video is constantly improving and now features a pop-out camera feature for recording across tabs, changing the size of your video feed, while still maintaining backgrounds and simple controls for your video message. Utilize keyboard shortcuts to save on clicking during recording and enjoy new streamlined controls as you record your videos. My Team Hub improvements for managers New functionality in the My Team provides Managers the ability to deep dive on a particular user's Course or Path status. The user assignment overview makes it easy to take action on assignments such as resetting tests, reverting pitches, or sending reminders. A new, consolidated list of Course and Path reminder options makes it easier for you to help users stay on top of their tasks. Additionally, you can now remind users of their Paths to complete, instead of on a task basis-only. |

Shared Spaces reporting Shared Spaces have long been a reliable way for Showpad users to invite external and internal viewers to check out content, provide comments, and engage throughout the sales process and beyond. Now, detailed engagement reporting analytics are available, bringing even more value to Shared Spaces. View stats on how many users have accepted your Shared Spaces invitation. See quickly how much engagement you’ve received by internal participants, who use Showpad within your organization, and by external participants, from outside your company. Compare key performance indicators year over year. View charts that give you information on Shared Space visits, time spent, and specific assets that were viewed. Like other engagement reports, you can filter and drill down to specific information about Shared Spaces, assets, their owners, and dates of engagement.

Custom Homepages on the go Users on Showpad's iOS app can now enjoy the same Custom Homepages they know on the Web app, on the go. Custom Homepages are the first thing a user sees when logging into Showpad and on iOS they can include all the perks and flair you enjoy on the Web app such as Experiences, Pages, handpicked assets, and more. An additional Preview option within the Online Platform's homepage builder allows admins to see what your homepages look like on iOS phones or tablets, so you can check that you’re optimizing homepages for mobile viewing. Asset export improvements May 31 We've improved the experience of exporting assets from your Showpad Library to ensure valid insights for larger data sets. You will notice some changes to the CSV and XLSX export formatting. The columns are now more up to date with Showpad's current naming conventions to avoid confusion, and new columns have been added to provide more information. |

Configure SCIM 2.0 user provisioning through AzureAD SCIM 2.0 has a set of default contracts for users and groups which can be extended to work hand-in-hand with Azure AD, through Showpad. You can now enable your users and groups via provisioning, assignments, and mapping to set your organization up for success. Necessary tokens and schema files are available for you in our Help Center, with step-by-step instructions on how to configure Azure AD with SCIM 2.0. |

Improvements to the My Team hub New functionality has arrived in the My Team hub that gives Showpad Coach managers and admins more capabilities to manage their team’s learning initiatives. Managers will now see a new Members page that shows all of the users that are their team members and report to them. Managers can easily zoom in on specific users' activity to provide insights on both sides. An Assignments tab reveals all the coursework assigned, completed, and in process or not started for that particular user. The Meetings tab focuses on their MeetingIQ recordings, allowing managers to easily view past meetings and glean coachable moments. |
