What's in it for you
You can see Advanced Analytics for both content and coaching, using the Reports feature in Showpad's Online Platform. Analyze which content and coaching material is the most valuable for your sales reps.
For the content part, User Analytics and their Activities show you how your sales reps and their prospects interact with content for your organization. This information allows you, as an administrator, to optimize your budget based on what content is most used and enhance your understanding of how sales reps customize content to guide sales conversations.
Engagement reports allow you to compare Coach, Content, and overall engagement amongst users all in one place, with the ability to aggregate data by User, Manager, Group, and Division.
Sales managers can then coach their team members accordingly and implement best practices. More details about that are visible in the coaching part. Here, you can follow up on the number of admins, courses, pitches, and most importantly, the scores.

You need this to succeed
- Showpad's Essential, Ultimate or Plus pricing plan
- Administrator access to Showpad's Online Platform OR
- Promoted Division access with reporting access to at least one Division
The quick way to awesomeness
- Sign in on Showpad's Online Platform as an Administrator or Promoted Member.
- Click the Reports tab to access Content, Coaching, and Engagement Reports.
- For the Content part, you are now able to navigate to the available reporting functions by clicking All Content Analytics, User Analytics, and Activities.
By default, you will see All Content analytics.
If you click the caret arrow for All Content Analytics you can opt to explore Marketing Content or User Content specifically.
For the Coaching part, you can access All Reports and Saved Reports.
Note: Report data is refreshed every hour, on the hour. For example, if you pull a report at 10:15 am, your data will be from 10:00 am. It will refresh again at 11:00 am and may include new updates.
