The Advanced Analytics are split up into three tabs:
1. Content Analytics
It's possible to make the distinction between content viewed when shared and by users on Showpad. So you not only know what marketing collateral is loved by your sales reps but also by your prospects.
You can also track the file views by platform and the content utilization of different types of content. Please see attached document for more information on the different charts used.
2. User Analytics
The User Analytics page displays analytics about how users are using Showpad within the organization for any particular time period. This makes it easy to take action on increasing the adoption of Showpad within the organization. When users are using Showpad offline, activities are stored on their device and will synchronize once a connection is available again.
The user activity can be split up into the number of unique users of any of the Showpad apps or the total number of user sessions. You also get an insight on how much time is spent within the app, in total or on average and on what platforms the activity is taking place.
The User Activity Comparison chart, for example, represents the user activity on Showpad for all members of the organization and makes it possible to compare the users and user groups.
In the attached document, you will be able to find more information on the specific charts.
Activities display all user Share activities.
