At Showpad we continually improve our platform to give you the best tools to activate and distribute your content. On the user side, existing features are updated on a regular basis, and new features are implemented in subsequent versions of the mobile and web apps. To benefit from these updates and new features, it is important that your Showpad users have the most recent version of the Showpad app. When a user logs into a mobile app, Showpad stores the information on the app version in the Online Platform. This is very useful when contacting Showpad support for support.
Note: Device information will only be available if users log in via the iOS, Android, or Legacy Windows app. If users log in via the Web app or Windows Desktop App, device information will not be available because they are browser-operating applications.
Do this step by step
- In the top menu click Users. Select the Users tab.
- Click the user whose app version you want to verify.
- In the user information panel, scroll down. Under Device, you will find the version of the app the user is working with.
