Convert a folder to an Experience

As your organization grows, so does your content structure in Showpad. You may come to a point where an Experience contains folders that you want to move up the content hierarchy to make the content more visible and accessible for your users. In those cases, you can choose to convert a folder to an Experience. All subfolders and content in such a folder will be transferred to the new Experience. To convert a folder to an Experience, proceed as described below.

Do this step by step

1. Go the Experience Builder and display the Experience that contains the folder you want to save to an Experience.
   
2. Click the settings icon on the folder you want to convert. Then click Create new Experience from a folder to create a new Experience.
   
3. Enter the name of the new Experience. Select Switch to new Experience if you want to open the new Experience immediately after creating it. When you have named your new Experience, click Create.
