Lock an Experience to control content updates Updated September 05, 2024 14:07 When you make changes to an Experience in Showpad, they are saved automatically and become visible to users once they update their content. To prevent these updates from reaching users before you're ready, you can temporarily lock the Experience. This allows you to adjust the structure or content without immediately sharing those changes with users. While an Experience is locked, features like Download, Open in PowerPoint, and Edit are disabled for all assets, regardless of their individual settings. Note: Deleting folders while an Experience is locked will still remove them for users. When you're ready for users to see the changes, simply unlock the Experience to push updates during their next content refresh. Note: If a file is updated while the Experience is locked, the new version will still be published immediately. Mobile users will see it when they update their content.
