Customize your assets list view in the files and Pages libraries

Note: This article is about the new beta Admin App, which is still in development. Changes may occur. Please provide feedback directly in the beta app.

Customize your list view by adding or hiding file information such as tags, added and last update dates, author, languages, buyer and seller interest, etc., in your files and Pages libraries. The asset information can be used to create basic and advanced filtering.

The quick way

1. Open the Libraries tab and select All files or All Pages from the left menu.
2. Click the column icon.
3. Choose asset information to view and sort your library.

Do this step by step

1. Navigate to the Libraries tab.
2. If your organization uses multiple Libraries/Divisions, select the desired Library from the top left dropdown menu.
3. In the File library, click the column icon in the top right corner.
4. Select the asset information you want to add to the library view or unselect the information you’d like to hide. The available asset information is as follows:
   

   Column	Library	Description
   Added	Files & Pages	The date the file was added to the library.
   Authors	Files & Pages	The designated asset author(s). By default, the author is the user who added the file or Page to the library.
   Comments	Files & Pages	The number of comments received on this asset.
   Countries	Files & Pages	The configured countries assigned to the asset.
   Expires	Files	The date the file is set to expire. A dash is displayed if no expiration date is set up.
   Languages	Files & Pages	The configured language assigned to the asset.
   Last update	Files & Pages	The date when any asset permission was last updated.
   Last upload	Files	The date the file was last uploaded. A dash is displayed if no new file version has been uploaded yet.
   Library	Files	The Library/Division the file was added to. This information is useful in case you share files across Libraries/Divisions.
   Likes	Files & Pages	The number of likes received on this asset.
   Release	Files	The date the file is set to release. A dash is displayed if no release date is set up.
   Size	Files	The file size.
   Tags	Files & Pages	The tag(s) assigned to the asset. If not all tags are visible in the column, click the + icon to open the asset details pane and scroll to the tags section.

5. After selecting the information to add or hide in the asset library, click Save.
6. Scroll right to view the different available columns.
7. Sort your assets by clicking on a column title. The library can't be sorted by the Tags, Authors, Likes, Countries, Languages, or Library columns yet.
8. Create and apply basic and advanced filters to the asset library to organize your content.
