Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. Upon logging into Showpad, you're greeted with a simple home page that provides clear, valuable updates on your Showpad activities. Monitor what’s happening in your library by viewing updates on content activity, such as newly uploaded or expired assets. Additionally, see what actions users are taking on your content, such as comments, likes, and feedback. Filtering options allow you to view the Divisions, activities, or users that are relevant to you. Continue reading to discover how to utilize your admin home page effectively. To switch back to the Online Platform, navigate to the Libraries tab and click Go back to the old experience. See how it looks Key features View an activity feed displaying your Showpad recent activities Filter by activity type, Division, and Users Get a digest of recent activity at a glance You need this to succeed The beta Admin App enabled Showpad admin or promoted member access Do this step by step Log in to the Admin App. The first thing you will see is the home page. View the activity timeline. Filter which types of activities populate in the overview using the Activity Types Filter. Below are the Activity Types along with what they represent: Comments: Public comments left by users on assets. Expired content: Assets that disappear for users after a certain date will appear here when they have expired within the past 30 days. Asset Feedback: Private feedback sent to authors. Course Feedback: Private course feedback from users. Likes: See when a user has given an asset a thumbs-up. New Content: Assets uploaded within the past 30 days. New Content version: A new asset version uploaded within the past 30 days. Released Content: Assets pre-scheduled to release will appear here at the designated time. Pending Localization: Placeholder assets linked to a primary localized asset. The assets need to be replaced with localized variants. Select which Divisions and Users you want to see in the overview using the corresponding filters. Click any row in the activity feed to view the asset in the Library. From here, you can take necessary action, such as uploading a new asset version, responding to feedback, and more. Learn how this feature works in the current Online Platform.
