Enable Showpad AI features

Showpad offers AI features to create an intuitive, efficient, personalized enablement experience. As an administrator, you can enable or disable certain AI features in the Showpad user app. The options you see here depend on the plan you are on.

AI-powered Asset FAQ

Customers on the Showpad Content Ultimate package will find an option to enable AI Asset Summaries. When enabled, this feature provides an additional section in the asset details pane that provides users with an asset summary in the form of questions and answers. 1. To enable AI Asset Summaries, toggle the feature on. By default, this is disabled for all users.
2. Select if you wish to enable the feature for All or Selected user groups.
   Check the user groups for which you want to have asset summaries enabled. If you have many groups, you can type in the Select field to find groups quickly. 
3. Click Save. 

AI-powered Answers in Search

AI-powered Answers in Search allows users on the Web app to type a question in the search field and receive an AI-generated answer, along with the source assets within their Showpad Experiences. This feature is available for Showpad Content Ultimate or Expert customers. See how to generate AI-powered Answers in Search.

1. To enable AI-powered Answers in Search, toggle the feature on. By default, this is disabled for all users. 
2. Select if you wish to enable the feature for All or Selected user groups.
   Check the user groups for which you want to have AI-powered Answers in Search enabled. If you have many groups, you can type in the Select field to find groups quickly.
3. Click Save.
