Install and manage the Automated Content Builder app Updated January 29, 2025 04:16 The Automated Content Builder (ACB) app enables the creation of documents and presentations tailored to prospects' context and industry-specific needs. To provide sellers with customizable template assets, the ACB app must be installed, and an ACB Experience must be assigned to them. In this article, we’ll learn how to install and manage the Showpad Automated Content Builder app. Key features Enables the creation of tailored documents and presentations Helps provide customizable templates for sellers Uses real-time data on document creation It would be best if you had this to succeed Showpad Content Ultimate or Showpad Content Essential & Plus with the Enterprise add-on Showpad's Automated Content Builder add-on Showpad admin account Do this step by step Install the Automated Content Builder app Manage the Automated Content Builder app settings Uninstall the Automated Content Builder app Install the Automated Content Builder app In the Online Platform, click the gear icon in the top right corner and go to Admin Settings. Click Manage Apps under the Showpad Apps section. Then, click Install App. Select Automated Content Builder from the list of available apps, and check the automatic updates checkbox to make sure you’ll always have the latest version of the app. If unchecked, you’ll need to update it in the Installed apps section whenever there is a new update. Note: Even if the automatic update is enabled, you still need to manually republish the Automated Content Builder Experiences when a new version of the app is available. See how to do it here. From the app details panel, you can: Section Description ABOUT THE APP View which version of the app is installed Enable or disable the automatic installation of a new version Experiences Select the Divisions in which the app is available. Asset Viewer Extensions Select the criteria for the Asset Viewer. This should correspond with the Divisions selected in Experiences. Available options: All assets: This option is not recommended for the Automated Content Builder. The Asset Viewer extension is designed to work with Automated Content Builder assets; therefore, selecting this option could result in a sidebar message indicating that no templates are available for the selected asset. Assets matching these tags: Recommended option. This option enables you to ensure that only Automated Content Builder assets are available.
