The quick way to awesomeness

• Navigate to AnalyticsIQ on a Question-Based analytics dashboard
• Type a question
• Review how your question was interpreted and change as needed
• Check out the answer to your question in summary and visual form within the dashboard 
• Change chart type as needed

Note: When selecting a date range, AnalyticsIQ includes data from the current day, while the Question-Based analytics dashboards start at the day before the current day. This can cause small differences in the results displayed.

How to use AnalyticsIQ 

1. Navigate to the Analytics tab. On the top right side, toggle on New reporting, if it’s not already enabled.
   
2. From the list of Question-Based Analytics dashboards, you'll notice an AI icon next to the dashboards that support AnalyticsIQ. Select any dashboard with the AI icon to get started.
3. Launch AnalyticsIQ by clicking the button at the top of the dashboard or selecting a predefined example question.
4. Start typing your question, or select a suggested question from the list. The question must be relevant to the context of the question-based analytics dashboard you’re currently viewing. To see what type of data is in the dashboard you're viewing, click the What's in Showpad Adoption option. Press ASK once you're done entering your question.
5. AnalyticsIQ will generate a mini dashboard to present data and provide context to answer your question.
6. View how your question was interpreted. Read the insight in paragraph form, and view the related charts.
7. Hover over charts and tables to populate the options bar, where you can:
   
   • Change the visual type displaying the information, for example, bar graphs vs line graphs.
   • View insights or forecasting. Insights provide information about your data, such as the highest and lowest days of active users, month-to-month changes, and more. Forecasting is available on line charts with a single time series.
   • Expand the visual.
   • Export a CSV of the data.

AnalyticsIQ is currently enabled on the following dashboards:

• Is Showpad being used? 
  • Ask questions about the activity of individual users, user groups, and Divisions. Contains data about user activity from the last 60 days.
• How is my content performing with my users?
  • Ask questions about which users viewed or downloaded assets and when. Contains data for the last 180 days. 
• How often are users sharing through Showpad?
  • Ask questions about each user and their sharing activity. Contains data for the last two years. 
• How do users access Showpad?
  • Ask questions about users' sessions and device types from the past two years. 
• What content influences the most revenue?
  • Ask questions about won deals and the assets used in connection with revenue. Contains data from the last two years. 
• Are users using Shared Spaces?
  • Ask questions about the Shared Spaces activity of individual users, user groups, and Divisions. Contains data about user activity from the last 60 days.
