It offers admins and Promoted Members in-product access to the Showpad Help Center, latest release updates, and instant access to Support and additional resources. Depending on your permissions, you’ll have access to different modules: Help Center What’s New Support (only available to admins) Additional Resources Help Center Click on the Help Center module to browse Help Center administrator articles in-app. Five articles are suggested based on where you are in the Online Platform.If you don’t find the article you’re looking for in the suggested articles, type keywords in the search bar. Select the article you’re interested in. You can read it in the Resource Center or open it in the Help Center using the redirect link. Note: Videos are only visible in the linked Help Center article. Back to Top What’s New When new product updates are available, you'll be notified by a green notification icon with the number of unread updates. Open the Resource Center and click the What’s New module to stay up-to-date with the latest product releases. The Check What’s New in the Help Center button will take you directly to the What’s New article in the Help Center. Below, read the notes about the two latest releases. The links will redirect you to the related articles in the Help Center. Click on the action button to access the complete documentation. View Showpad status page will redirect you to the status page where you can get the latest information on Showpad performance and any ongoing incidents.
