Improved Web app navigation Updated November 15, 2023 16:11 Users now have a quicker way to find the pages and content they need. We've introduced improved navigation in our Web app and Windows Desktop app. When you hover the cursor over a main menu item, a secondary menu appears. This enhancement not only gives you a better overview of each page's location, it also saves you time. You can go exactly where you want in a single click! What's changing Reveal the submenu on hover In the old version of Showpad’s app, the first subpage loaded when you clicked on a top menu item, revealing a second menu row. To access a subpage, you clicked on a menu item in the second row. Now, if a top-level menu item has a caret, you can hover over it to reveal a submenu and immediately make a selection. You can select a page from the revealed menu. Navigation indicators With the old navigation, the top-level menu item changed color while viewing a subpage. The current page’s menu item changed color and was underlined. The new navigation combines the color change and underlining for the top-level menu item while you're viewing a subpage. The current page’s title is on the top left of the page. To go to another subpage within the main menu, hover over the top-level menu item and select it from the revealed menu.
