How is my content performing with users? Updated September 20, 2023 20:16 The content performance dashboard provides you with insights into user interactions with marketing content. Here, you can track the performance of your marketing content over time. Learn which type of assets are downloaded the most, which asset type gains the most in-app views, and which content has the most view time. The Division, User group, and Date range filters influence all the dashboard sections. By default, the selected options will be all the Divisions you have access to, all applicable user groups, and a 30-day range. Choose to view data for any or all of the Divisions you have access to. Choose the user groups you wish to filter for. Lastly, select the timeframe, choosing from 7, 14, 30, and 90-day periods. Hover over the filter and click on the three dot menu to reset the data to default or refresh the available options. Performance trends The first Key Performance Indicator (KPI) box presents the total number of In-app views for all marketing content within the selected timeframe. Below, you'll see the trend compared to the previous timeframe. If the value is higher, the arrow is green and pointing up. If the value is lower, the arrow is green and points down. The goal is to have the green arrow pointing upwards as this means your content is being viewed more often than it was in the previous timeframe. The second KPI box presents the total viewing time your marketing content has received within the selected timeframe. The third KPI presents the number of downloads of marketing content within the selected timeframe. Below, you'll see how the number of downloads compares to the previous timeframe. At the bottom of the KPI section, the insights box shows how many users from your selection interacted with the total number of assets that had activity on them. Partner licenses are not included in this number. Content popularity by platform graphs This section highlights how popular certain file types are depending on the action. Choose to see data by in-app views, downloads, or time spent. Respectively, this will show you how many in-app views per asset type, how many downloads per asset type, or how much time is spent viewing each asset type. In the first graph for in-app views, you can easily determine the count of In-app views for each asset type. Next to the graph, the highlights section provides an overview of the top five most popular assets, regardless of their type. Select a specific asset type by clicking the corresponding bar in the graph, and the highlights will update to display only the popular assets within the selected asset type. Select Downloads from the dropdown menu to view the number of downloads per asset type. Next to the graph, the highlights section provides an overview of the assets with the highest number of downloads. Similarly, you can select a specific asset type in the graph, and the highlights will update to show only the data related to the selected asset type with the highest number of downloads. In the Time spent graph, you can observe the total viewing time (in seconds) per asset type, enabling you to quickly determine which asset type users spent the most time on. To the right, the highlights section provides an overview of the asset types with the highest time spent. Select a specific asset type in the graph, and the highlights will update to display only the data related to the selected asset type with the highest time spent. Click the three dots next to the graph drop down menu to reset the options at any time. Details The details table helps you determine which assets are the most popular among your users. It aggregates data for the selected time period. To compare a selection of specific assets, click the asset name dropdown menu. It will default to all assets within your selected filter parameters, but you can search and select specific assets to view in the table. The table provides several columns to explore the details of asset popularity: Asset name: Displays the specific name of the asset and allows for searching specific assets. In-app views: Shows the total count of views for a particular asset. In-app views change: Presents the change in the count of in-app views compared to the previous period. Unique viewers: Indicates the number of unique viewers, revealing how many views were performed by different users. Unique viewers change: Presents the change in the count of unique viewers compared to the previous period. Viewing time: Presents the total viewing time for the asset within the selected timeframe, measured in seconds. Viewing time formatted: Presents the total viewing time for the asset within the selected timeframe, displayed in hours and minutes. Downloads: Displays the number of downloads for the asset within the selected timeframe. Asset author full name: Provides the name of the author who created the asset. Asset type: Indicates the type or category of the asset. Click the three dot menu to export the table to CSV or Excel.
