Find insights such as the top five courses based on completion rate, This dashboard does not take into account elective courses, only those assigned to users as mandatory. By default, you'll see My divisions, which includes all the divisions you have access to. Three options are available on how you wish to filter courses for this dashboard. Select if you want to explore the data for all required courses, required courses with a specified due date, or a specific course. If you select Specific course, you can then choose the course from the dropdown menu. Usage trends Below the filtering options, you will find the key performance indicator (KPI) trends. These KPIs present different metrics calculated for the last 90 days. The first box shows the percentage of courses completed which were assigned in the past 90 days. The second box shows the percentage of courses completed out of those that were started, which were assigned in the past 90 days. The last box presents the total number of courses assigned to users in the last 90 days. The smaller values accompanying the KPIs indicate the trend of this value over time. The arrow indicates if the percentage of users completing their courses is trending up or down compared to the previous 90 days. For example, the first box shows that 7% of courses assigned in the past 90 days were completed, which is 1% less than the previous 90 days. Right below the KPI trends section, a blue box informs you that you can remind users to complete their courses. Courses by status In this graph section, view data related to course completion status. On the horizontal graph, you can see a structural comparison of courses by their status. All mandatory courses are divided into the following categories: Not started, In progress, Overdue, and Completed. The bar below provides the same information but for the previous 90 days, allowing for easy comparison. Additionally, this dashboard highlights of the top five courses based on completion rate for the past 90 days. Learn what percentage of assigned users have completed these courses. Details At the bottom of the dashboard, you have access to a table with more granular details. Here, you can examine the course completion details from three separate dimensions: users, managers, and user groups. Select any option to change the data set in the table. The table includes data for the last 90 days. The available columns are: User name, user group name, or manager name (depending on chosen option) Number of courses assigned to users Trend - the change in the number of courses assigned to users compared to the prior period Number of courses completed by users Number of overdue courses by users Trend - the change in the number of overdue courses by users compared to the prior period Completion rate Completion rate for started courses Click the three dot menu to export the table to CSV or Excel. Printing The Export icon at the top right of the dashboard enables you to print or generate a PDF of the entire dashboard, filtered or unfiltered. You can also view all of your PDF exports. Print dashboard - Click the Export icon and select Print. A preview is generated for your review. When ready, click the Print button. Generate PDF of the dashboard - Click the Export icon and select Generate PDF. A message is displayed to inform you the generation is in progress. This may take a few moments. You can close the message by clicking the X. When your PDF is ready, a message is displayed. Click the Download button. Note: Navigating elsewhere during the PDF generation will disrupt the process, and you'll need to regenerate the PDF. View exports of the dashboard - Click the Export icon and select View exports. A list of your PDF exports is displayed. You can download the export by clicking on Click to download.
