How do users access Showpad? Updated September 20, 2023 19:57 This dashboard gives you insights into how your users are accessing Showpad. There are various ways to access Showpad, including the Web app, mobile apps, and multiple plugins. Gain a better understanding of what platform your users prefer, helping you focus your enablement efforts based on how your users are selling. A session refers to a set of actions performed by a user. We consider a session closed if a user remains inactive for 30 minutes after their last activity. By default, the selected options will be all the Divisions you have access to, all User Groups, and the last 30 days. Edit your selection to see the specific data. Hover over the filter and click on the three dot menu to reset the data to default or refresh the available options. On the User Group filter, you’ll see the menu option ‘Showing only relevant values’. This opens an informational pop-up explaining that, when selecting a specific Division, only the User Group included in it will show on the User Group filter. Session trend The trend box displays the number of sessions that happened in the selected timeframe. Below, you'll see the difference in the number of sessions per user compared to the previous month. A green arrow pointing upwards indicates the number of sessions has increased for the current timeframe compared to the previous one, while a red arrow indicates a fewer number of sessions. The graph on the right side gives the number of sessions per platform for the timeframe selected. Hover over the rows to get the exact number per application type. In the example below, most sessions within the last 30 days were initiated via the Web app. There also were 190 sessions initiated via the iOS app 87 sessions started via the Gmail plugin, and 21 sessions initiated via the Salesforce (SFDC) plugin. Below the trends section, you can see a blue info box that provides information about the number of Showpad licenses assigned to users for your selection. Please note that this number currently doesn't include Partner Licenses. Details This table presents access data for your selection. The available columns are: Application type - the method of accessing Showpad (Android, Windows, Web, SFDC, Gmail, Outlook) Application category - the category of the application type (Web, mobile, or plugins) Unique sessions - number of sessions per application type Trend on unique sessions - the difference in the number of sessions compared to the previous period Unique users - number of users per application type Trend on unique users - the difference in the number of users compared to the previous period You can export the table to CSV or Excel by clicking the three dot menu on the top-right corner of the table.
