By default, the selected options will be all the Divisions you have access to, and all User Groups. Hover over the filter and click on the three dot menu to reset the data to default or refresh the available options. On the User Group filter, you’ll see the menu option ‘Showing only relevant values’. This opens an informational pop-up that explains, when selecting a specific Division, only the User Group included in it will show on the User Group filter. Usage trends The first box shows what percentage of users were active on the previous day. Below, you'll see whether more or less users were active on the day before that. The second box indicates the percentage of users who were active for the past seven days. The trend shows how this compares to the previous 7 days. The third box indicates the percentage of users who were active in the past 30 days. Below shows how this compares to the previous 30 days. The aim is to have the arrow green, pointing upwards, as this indicates more users are active in Showpad. An orange arrow indicates the same percentage of users were active while a red arrow indicates fewer users were active compared to the previous timeframe. Below the trends section, you can see a blue info box that provides information about the number of Showpad licenses assigned to users. Please note that this number currently doesn't include Partner Licenses. How often is Showpad used on a monthly basis This graph shows the percentage of users and how many days per month they performed any activity in Showpad. In the example below, you can see about 18% of our users are active at least one day a month. 5% are active 20 days a month. It's normal to see no activity for all 30 days as most sellers take weekends off. On the right-hand side of the graph, you can see two blue insight boxes. The insights here are calculated on an organizational level, including all Divisions and user groups. If you are utilizing the Division and groups filters, you will not see these insights. The first one compares the average number of days your users were active at least once (average unique active days in the past 30 days) within Showpad to similar organizations. For industry benchmarks, we take into account other companies with the same industry and similar size. The second box compares the percentage of active users within your organization in the last 30 days with similar organizations. By default, you can view the values for the last 30 days. The graph has two additional options available, allowing you to compare app usage on a monthly basis with industry benchmarks or with the previous 30 days. If you select one of these options, another bar will appear for comparison. How active are different user groups This section highlights activity among different user groups. You will only see this section if you have selected all Divisions and all user groups in the filters, or a specific Division and all user groups. On the left-hand side, it shows the top five user groups trending upwards, meaning they have increased activity, along with the percentage change in the last 30 days. On the right-hand side, similar information is presented but for user groups trending downwards, meaning they have decreased activity. Details This table presents usage data per user group.
