As an admin or course creator, you can utilize this feedback to enhance your learning content and ensure users are getting the most out of their learning minutes. Feedback provided by users can be resolved or dismissed. Users will be alerted of your response, so they know their feedback is being heard and acted on. It's similar to course comments but only visible to admins. Go to your Coach library and click the Course you wish to view feedback for. Click the Feedback tab. Review the star ratings and the comments that users provided on the course. You can filter the feedback by All, Open, Resolved, or Dismissed. Click the three dot menu to respond to feedback. You can mark the feedback as resolved, or dismiss it if no further actions are required. Selecting either option will allow you to write a message to the user who submitted the comment. This is so you can let them know amendments have been made, or why you are dismissing their feedback.Enter your message, then click Mark as Resolved/Dismissed. The user who submitted the private feedback will receive an email notification to let them know their feedback has been Resolved or Dismissed, along with the written message. View recent feedback from the Dashboard The Dashboard in the Online Platform will give you instant access to the most recent feedback. In the Online Platform, click Dashboard and select the Recent Activities tab. You will see the recent course ratings in the timeline here. You can sort by Activity Types, Authors, and Divisions to view the most recent activities of the last 30 days. To view feedback and take action, hover over any recent activity and click Go to Feedback. This will direct you to the Feedback tab within the Course detail panel, and you can follow the steps above.
