Do this step by step

1. Toggle on the analytics switch in your administrator reports tab.
   

   Note: When this toggle is active, the Reports tab in the Online Platform is renamed to Analytics.

   
2. Select the question you want to be answered with data from your organization. For this example, we will choose: What are users looking for?
   
3. Your dashboard will reveal the answers with up-to-date data on each distinct category. Read on for more information about the sectional reports you will find, and some advice you can glean from each.
   

 

Making the most of your analytics dashboard

Each of the question-based reports offer insights and help for your organization. Here is a current list of the analytics reports offered and what they do:

Here are some helpful tips to know when working with these reports:

• When it comes to shares, these reports take into account content that was shared through email shares, link shares and Shared Spaces.
• When you see a tip box indicated with a lightbulb, these are personalized recommendations on terms, tips, and tricks designed for your specific set of users by data they input themselves.
  
• Reports that include industry benchmarks are derived from our actual customer base and are based on the related industry and the number of employees from that Showpad instance. We aggregate usage across your industry and compare that to the overall performance.
• At the bottom of each dashboard report, click the three-dot menu and choose to export full sets of data or filtered sets to Excel or a CSV document.
